Hong Kong, 2024 – CCY Entertainment is delighted to announce Whee In’s first-ever solo world tour with a Hong Kong show date. 2024 Whee In 1ST WORLD TOUR: WHEE IN THE MOOD [BEYOND] IN Hong Kong will be held on 26th March 2024 at Star Hall, KITEC. Tickets priced at HK$1,580, 1,280 and 780 will go on public sale starting 10am Wednesday, 14th February 2024 via HK Ticketing.

Whee In is a South Korean singer and songwriter. She is best known as a member of the K-pop girl group MAMAMOO and she is also in charge of the group’s vocals and performance. She debuted with the group in 2014 and has been active as a solo artist since 2018.

Having her first solo album Magnolia released on 17th April 2018, Whee In became the first MAMAMOO member to debut as a soloist. The title track “EASY” was released featuring the South Korean rapper, Sik-K, too. Her second album soar was released on 4th September 2019, with the single “Good bye” as its title track which debuted Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart at position 24. Not only did Whee In release on her own singles, but she also collaborated with other South Korean rappers’ and was featured on their singles, such as DinDin’s “Tear drops” & “do do do do”, Peakboy’s “Diet”, Jay B’s “AM PM”, and Basick’s “When It Snows mmm”, etc. Whee In also released several OST for dramas and films, such as “Shine On You” for Record of Youth, ”Ice Cream Love” for One Ordinary Day, “In your days” for Thirty-Nine, and “Melody” for Gongzza: Gonggi Tazza, etc. Whee In has most notably appeared on the telveision show Secret Unnie and on her own YouTube channel called “Whee In” too.

Whee In then released her first extended play Redd, along with its title track “water color” on 13th April 2021. Her second extended play WHEE, was released on 16 January 2022 alongside its title track called “Make Me Happy”. It was her first comeback release under her new management, THE L1VE. Whee In held her first solo fan meeting titled 2022 WHEE IN FANMEETING “D-DAY” on her birthday, 17 April 2022 with both online and offline sessions.

Whee In finally released her first full album, on 12th October 2023. This album showcases the diversity of Whee In, presenting a new discovery of her as a solo artist. With the launch of her new album, she will also embark on her first world concert tour revealing a fantastic stage that is absolutely fulfilling and long anticipated by her fans.

The first concert of 2024 Whee In 1ST WORLD TOUR: WHEE IN THE MOOD [BEYOND] starts in Seoul from 24 to 25 February at the Blue Square Mastercard Hall. Her Hong Kong fans are very lucky to have Whee In’s first solo concert at KITEC Star Hall.
