SINGAPORE, 10 December 2025 – The Shilla Duty Free Singapore is proud to present an exclusive fan party experience featuring Thai actor, Dunk Natachai, set to take place in Singapore for the first time at Jewel Changi Airport. Made possible through The Shilla Duty Free Singapore’s close partnership with Changi Airport Group and Jewel Changi Airport, the highly-anticipated event will offer Singapore-based and travelling fans an exclusive opportunity to interact and enjoy special performances by the Thai Actor.

secure exclusive VIP access to the Exclusive Fan Party with Dunk Natachai.

Travellers earned exclusive access to the Exclusive Fan Party with Dunk Natachai by shopping at The
Shilla Duty Free Singapore from 1–30 November 2025, across any Terminal or iShopChangi. A total of 50
VIP Passes were awarded.

How VIP Passes were awarded:

   Shoppers who spent S$250 on any participating brands — Clarins, Clé de Peau Beauté, Estée
   Lauder, Guerlain, or Lancôme — received:

• 1 VIP Pass

Public Zone Access
300 public zone access tickets will also be allocated to allow fans to experience the event from the designated viewing zone. Tickets will be distributed physically at T1 Arrivals (Level 1, Outside Belt 11) on 13 December 2025, from 12pm onwards, on a first-come, first-served basis. Queue poles will be placed from 11am to facilitate orderly lining, and the queue will officially open at 11.30am. Please note that overnight queueing is strictly not allowed. Tickets will be issued in the form of wrist tags, limited to 1 per person, with queue numbers provided concurrently. Attendees must ensure that the wrist tag is worn at all times for access into and out of the event site. Lost, damaged, or tampered wrist tags will not be replaced.

Once all wrist tags have been issued, a full redemption announcement will be posted on The Shilla Duty Free Singapore’s social channels, and corresponding on-site signage will be deployed as well.
