A Korean fantasy epic, Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun will return with a captivating new story set eight years after King Tagon first ascended to the throne.

Starring Jang Donggun (A Gentleman’s Destiny, V.I.P.) as Tagon, the king of Arthdal; Lee Joongi (Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, The King and the Clown) as Eunseom, the leader of the Ago tribe and Inaishingi; Shin Saekyeong (Run On, The Girl Who Sees Scents) as Tanya, the high priestess of Arthdal; and Kim Okvin (Thirst, The Villainess) as the manipulative politician and first queen of Arthdal, Taealha; Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun season two is directed by Kim Kwangsik (The Great Battle), and is written by season one writers Kim Younghyun and Park Sangyean.

EPIK HIGH will make their highly anticipated return to Singapore and CK Star Entertainment is again proud to present the only Southeast Asia stop of the Asia tour, ‘EPIK HIGH All Time High In Singapore’, happening on 23 September 2023 (Saturday), 7.30PM, at Pasir Panjang Power Station.

The multitalented eclectic hip-hop group is made up of Tablo (rapper, singer, lyricist, composer), Mithra Jin (rapper, lyricist) and DJ Tukutz (DJ). The trio is best known for thought provoking verses in their dynamic songs which cover social issues and mental health topics. 

EPIK HIGH gained a cult following and achieved mainstream success with studio albums “Swan Songs” (2005), “Remapping the Human Soul” (2007), and “Pieces, Part One” (2008). Most notably, “Remapping the Human Soul” (2007) went on to smash records and win several grand awards at prestigious Korean music award ceremonies in 2007 and 2008. The album swept the Best Album Award at the 2007 Seoul Music Awards, Album of the Year (Daesang) Award at the 2007 Mnet Asian Music Awards (now known as MAMA Awards) in 2007, and the Best Hip Hop Album at the 2008 Korean Music Awards. It also sold 120,301 copies, making it the third-best selling album in South Korea in 2007.

Fans of EPIK HIGH, known as High Skool, will also remember the bittersweet moment in 2012 when members Mithra Jin and DJ Tukutz (DJ) finally completed their enlistment and returned to release the single “It’s Cold” (2012) with then up-and-coming singer Lee Hi, to chart success. It reached the peak position of number 1 on major South Korean music charts in real-time, thus achieving an ‘all-kill’ status ahead of the album release of “99” (2012).

The trio also delivers phenomenal performances on stage, and the voracious demand to see them live has manifested in the form of invites for a myriad of prominent events, concert tours, and global music festivals. To date, EPIK HIGH has performed multiple sold-out tours in USA, Asia, North America, and Europe. Hong Kong, 2023 – Han Seung Woo, announced earlier that he will launch his first solo concert tour after completing the military. Starting from Seoul, he will visit Taipei, Tokyo and other major Asian cities to meet fans from all over the world. The Seoul show was held recently, which officially kicked off the tour, and the tickets for the show were sold out within two minutes of going on sale. After the performance, Han Seung Woo shared photos of the night on social platforms and thanked fans for their enthusiasm and dedication.

Organizer SKN Live officially announced that “D&E WORLD TOUR FANCON – [DElight Party] IN HONG KONG” will be held at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong on August 13, 2023 (Sunday), and tickets will be released on July 17 via KKTIX.
