Singapore, 2015 – Dressed in Valentino’s bird embroidered dress, Kpop star Jessica Jung, arrived at the grand opening of Valentino’s boutique outlet at the Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, amidst the cheers and screams of the numerous fans present. Local celebrities, Hong Kong celebrities such as Charmaine Sheh, Linda Chung, Pakho Chau also attended this grand opening, which was held in the evening of 13 January 2016.

Jessica, upon arrival, waved and smiled to the fans that had been waiting for hours to catch a glimpse of their favourite celebrity at the store.

Addressing the questions from the media, Jessica mentioned that she is in the midst of preparing her album and that she would be taking part in the writing of the songs and lyrics in this upcoming album. She added that she has been working on both English and Korean album and she cannot wait to share them with her fans.

This new boutique of Valentino features a 20-meter shop front with see-through windows and will carry women’s ready-to-wear, accessories and fragrances. The architecture is designed to complement the pieces on display, making use of a range of discreetly opulent materials – grey terrazzo with carrara chippings, timber, marble, glass, thick leather, and soft carpets to focus attention on the collections and also evoke a sense of intimacy.
