Monsta X & SISTAR Fan Meeting in Singapore – 6th December 2015


Singapore, 2015 – Good news for Monsta X fans and SISTAR fans in Singapore! Three Angles Production, have officially updated and announced that ‘Monsta X & SISTAR Fan Meeting in Singapore 2015’ would be on 6th December 2015, 2.00pm at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre Hall E. Cat 1 VIP tickets would be launched at SCAPE Orchard on 25th October, 12pm to 5pm, with each person entitled to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets. Cat 1 VIP ticket holders will also obtain a passes to high touch with Monsta X and to take a group photo with SISTAR (25 fans per photo). Cat 2 tickets would be available through all SISTC platforms on 30th October 2015 from 12pm onwards. There will only be 1500 seats available for this fan meet.

SISTAR to grace the official opening of SKECHERS new flagship store in Singapore

Singapore, May 2015SKECHERS Singapore is proud to announce that top South Korean K-Pop girl group, Sistar, has been appointed the Brand Ambassador for SKECHERS. The highly-popular Korean quartet, comprising of Bora, Hyolyn, Soyou and Dasom, will appear in the American lifestyle footwear and apparel brand’s regional marketing and social media campaigns in nine countries, namely South Korea, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Sistar fully represents and embodies the qualities that a SKECHERS Brand Ambassador should possess –Trendy, Active and Sporty, to reflect the brand and the products range; and bolstered by Sistar’s powerful influence in the region with millions of fans.

Formed in 2010 under the management of Starship Entertainment, Sistar made their official debut with the song “Push Push” on 1 June 2010. Subsequently, on 9 August 2011, the girls released their first studio album entitled “So Cool”. With their superb talents in singing and dancing as well as distinct styles and unique personalities, the group became well-received in South Korea in a short span of time and has gone on to snatch a series of achievements and awards as a group as well as individually.

The seemingly unstoppable girl group will appear in the regions’ marketing and social media campaign for a series of SKECHERS footwear products, including SKECHERS heritage D’Lites, SKECHERS Performance GOwalk 3, GOrun 4, and apparel as well.

They include world famous drummer Ringo Starr, multi-platinum recording artist Demi Lovato, model and actress Kelly Brook, TV personality Brooke Burke-Charvet, legendary quarterbacks Joe Montana and Joe Namath, baseball stars Pete Rose and Mariano Rivera, and The Voice Season 4 winner Danielle Bradbery.

Come 26 June 2015, SKECHERS Singapore is set to open their new flagship store to the public at Ngee Ann City, #B2-04. The new 1,700sqf space in Singapore is the first Asian flagship store to embrace an industrial and modern concept, accompanied by a touch of vintage elements.

The store entrance is framed by a brick wall to give a raw industrial edge that is juxtaposed by the modern inviting interior. Utilizing silver metal supports with exposed welds and fasteners, the store space is given a constructed and contemporary look. Reclaimed natural wood is used to inject warm accents to the overall space, as well as segmenting the collections. On top of that, the new flagship uses LED backlit technology to establish a “mixed-bag” vernacular, a technique widely practiced amongst today’s leading interior architects.

Besides the well-planned Lifestyle and Performance footwear categories catered for men and women, the new flagship store also has a dedicated area for kids products, where multi- coloured LED technology is used to illuminate glass-etched SKECHERS cartoon characters to attract children to browse at the different levels of products. Soft furnishings, such as seating that is built to look like a “roller coaster” and a large Gachapon machine dispensing toys, are elements that are incorporated to enhance the ambience of fun and colour in the kids section.


On 26 June 2015, SKECHERS vouchers will be given away to thank customers for their support over the last 6 years. The first 50 shoppers who visit the new flagship store at Ngee Ann City will receive:

To celebrate the joyous occasion of the new flagship, the newly-appointed SKECHERS Brand Ambassador, Sistar, will grace the official opening on Wednesday, 1 July 2015, alongside a special performance of their favourite hits and a Meet & Greet session the post- opening party at ION SQUARE.
