To celebrate the launch of Tiger Soju Infused Lager, Tiger® is inviting everyone to uncage their inner Tiger at Twist to the Night with Tiger Soju Infused Lager festival on 12th May 2023, 7pm. For one night only, revellers will be transported to a reimagined Asia at Pasir Panjang Power Station. Mystical yet familiar, recognisable yet foreign, the event will pay homage to all things Asia, offering a multi-sensory feast of elements across sight, scent, and sound.
Headlined by South Korean singer-songwriter, LeeHi, whose hit tracks include debut single “1.2.3.4” and “Red Lipstick”, the festival will feature an exciting line-up of the region’s hottest music acts. Known for going against the grain and defying convention to chase their passions, alternative K-pop group Balming Tiger, corporate office worker turned female rapper Ramengvrl, and local R&B trio brb. will give some 3,000 people in Singapore a night to remember. Be inspired by their spirit of staying true to their inner tiger and immerse yourself in phenomenal music that will present the sounds of Asia with a twist. Featuring a one-of-a-kind colosseum style bar – the Tiger Twist Bar, the event will serve Tiger Soju Infused Lager and plenty of photo opportunities for the ‘gram. This festival will take a bold twist on flavours to another level, tingling tastebuds with neverbefore-seen food and drinks. Experiment and try something new at every corner, including a flavour twist gachapon machine that dispenses special drink combos. From white grape and kombucha, to plum and ginger ale, give the machine a twist and discover unusual flavours that aren’t available anywhere else. A party won’t be complete without tasty bites and at a festival where everything comes with a twist, unique fusions of delectable cuisines await – think specially crafted combinations like torched mentaiko garlic rice from Dumpling Darlings, masala prawn dosa tacos from Maha Co! and doenjang marinated grilled pork collar with classic banchan from Two Men Bagel House.

Tiger Uncage Festival: Twist to the Night Line-up Local trio brb. will let the audience immerse themselves in their groovy soundscape, characterised by electronic notes, R&B tunes, and funky beats. Since debuting in 2018, brb. has amassed a following that spans Southeast Asia and beyond, performing overseas and winning over fans in Japan, Taiwan, and even Canada and the United States. Their debut album titled ‘Relationsh*t‘ saw the band express their distinctive take on the highs and lows of modern relationships. Amalgamating the nostalgia of the 80s and 90s with the sounds of today, every song from brb. is a sonic representation of a moment, feeling, and state of mind.
Before exploding into the music scene in 2016 and gaining global recognition for her infectious bars and undeniably unique style, award-winning Indonesian female rapper Ramengvrl began a career in a corporate 9-5 job. Since making the switch, her unapologetic confidence and bravado has made her an inspiration and model for female empowerment. With her catchy lyrics and nprovocative tracks, Ramengrvl is smashing barriers and breaking new ground for aspiring female rappers in a still largely male-dominated space. Relentlessly making waves in Southeast Asia, she recently collaborated with popular local rapper, Yung Raja, on ‘Ming Ling’, a high-energy infectious track written to combat Asian stereotypes. Multinational alternative K-pop group Balming Tiger will treat party-goers to their eclectic sound of experimental hip-hop and psychedelic electronic tunes. An independent act adding their own twist to K-pop, Balming Tiger comprises multifaceted individuals including producer and artist Leesuho who previously directed music videos for BTS member, J-Hope, and Mudd the Student who was a semi-finalist in rap competition, Show me the Money. With members of varied age, background, and talents, the diverse group is united in their passion for developing an unconventional style. Joining forces with RM of BTS, Balming Tiger dropped their single ‘Sexy Nukim’ last year and fans are eagerly looking forward to their debut album in 2023.
To end off the night, headliner act LeeHi will take to the stage. With her soulful vocals, LeeHi has made a name for herself as one of K-pop’s strongest R&B powerhouses. Since signing with hiphop and R&B label, AOMG, LeeHi’s music has explored a range of genres and styles while always staying true to who she is. Taking on an increasingly active role in the music production process, she embraces experimentation, including varied elements like acoustic instrumentals, blues, jazzinspired piano, and rap. Well-recognised for her creative talent, LeeHi has embarked on many exciting collaborations, working with fellow ex-YG Entertainment artist B.I and SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu.
